Cancellation Policy
Sometimes for good reason a customer may need to cancel an order.
If orders are cancelled within 24 hours of being placed and before shipping has occurred there will be no fees and you will receive a full refund.
If cancellation is made after 24 hours of being placed or after order has already shipped there will be a 20% restocking fee and buyer pays return shipping if necessary.
Returns Policy
** Most items are perishable and not returnable. **
Organic Heirloom Gardens will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time from you to Organic Heirloom Gardens (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes to process your return once received (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping
Organic Heirloom Gardens will only ship within the United States.
No international shipments. This includes overseas APO/FPO addresses.
Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain destinations.
Most shipments will come with a tracking number. You will be sent this tracking number as soon as your order ships.
